Refund Policy

Carefully read the following policy describing the refund practices Luckyace.

-Make sure you understand our terms and conditions.

-Refund is not available if the alleged deposit and bonuses have been played using the Services

-A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first fourteen (14) days of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed his/her Player Account.

-In accordance with law, our users are obliged to present any certified identification within five (5) days, according to the demand of Luckyace. If such documentation is not provided within five (5) days of our request, all the user funds will be canceled, while the account - closed. This kind of a decision   is not subject to appeal.

-All the users should be playing in a fair manner, meaning, they should not impact the result of a game using computer aids or other methods.

-All costs that may occur upon refund procedure are on the player. These costs may include at the sole discretion of the Company the administrative fee in amount of 20% and any and all fees accrued during the processing of the refund.
